From counselor to author
As a school counselor, Kristina has spent years listening to students, supporting their growth, and celebrating their successes. Through those experiences, she witnessed the profound power of stories in helping children feel understood, encouraged, and connected.
Messages that matter
Kristina hopes children feel seen, supported, and inspired by her stories. Through Sprocket, the Car Cat, she wants them to learn that kindness matters, it’s okay to be different, and everyone deserves to belong.
A journey of creativity and education
Kristina began her career in theater before transitioning into education. She spent 12 years as a university professor and also worked as a school counselor in elementary and middle schools. She has also been a Chess Coach for over 15 years. In her free time, she enjoys reading, watching K-dramas, and listening to music.
